This office made renewing my personalised tag the best experience ever.

Unbelievably fast and efficient service. Arrived for registration renewal at 8:20am and out by 8:25am. I’m still trying to figure out what to do with the books I brought to read in anticipation of a prolonged wait time. Greeted by security who assists you, to a helpful receptionist and then renewal agent (one behind glass counter) did her job efficiently. She Lost one star for her inpatient attitude which I brushed off; I wrote the wrong amount for my fee. No change given so I donated the extra 75c to a charity.

Fast and efficient. I went before work, took 5 mins to conduct my business Just FYI They do not give change for check or even a money order if less than $5.

They have an excellent system with no lines and plenty of seating. You enter, take a number and sit until your number is called. I waited about 30 min. The clerk was very polite, friendly and helped me fill out the required forms. She answered all my questions and made sure I "got it right." The security guard at the entrance was also very helpful and pleasant. I arrived at about 8 AM. Going early cuts down waiting time. Be sure to bring your old registration, drivers license and any other paperwork you may need. I paid cash but I know you can use a credit card too. Use your GPS to locate this office as it's not real easy to navigate. I drove from Coral Springs and the pleasant, no hassle experience was worth it. I would give this office a 10 star rating if possible.

P/s not everyone may have such Pleasant experience- your paperwork has to be in order.

This place is a joke. Reads the comments. They are most likely done by staff or friends. I have been hassled many times. There goal is to have you fill out unnecessary paperwork or obtain unnecessary info in order for you to have to wait in line and come back. Last year, I bought a car from my deceased neighbor. We had a trust agreement, will, and all paperwork required. The idiots wanted letters from the court and affadavits from siblings stating it was ok to sell car even though it wasn't going to probate. We had to contact our attorney who told us all of this was unnecessary. His solution was to go to a tag agency. You spend a few more $ but it's not worth the hassle. I went to agency. Problem solved. The latest fiasco was a few days ago. I bought a 10' dingy from a couple on the west coast of Florida. The boat had never had a motor on it and by Florida law is not required to be registered or titled. I was registering and titling because I was going to put a 3hp motor on boat. I had a notorized bill of sale and MCO. I had everything that was required. These retards wanted an affidavit from seller stating why they didn't register boat. THEY DON'T NEED TO HAVE A TILE OR REGISTER BOAT IF THERE ISN'T A MOTOR!!!! We went round and round involving stupid supervisors etc., I almost was kicked out of the place I was so mad. Solution: I went to a tag agency. Problem solved. This place sucks!

Walked in at 5pm not knowing the process to get a tag...I approached the information desk and Gregory helped and explained everything clearly. He even found an old tag under my name so I saves some $200 dollars, which was nice. Then I was called to the window 7 where a nice lady took care of processing my plate. It was a nice experience not having to wait much and being helped by nice staff.
