The staff are always nice, it's usually very busy though. People get very irritated and that feels uncomfortable. But overall they are doing their jobs quickly and efficiently. They should increase the staff for the amount of people that comes to this location.
For the first time in 6 years in bank of america I'll close all my accounts is terrible what bank of america is doing with clients
I'm 8 months pregnant and while waiting on a long line to do a deposit I asked if they have any type of policy for pregnant woman services since I wasn't feeling good, plus I know in other countries they do have speed services for elderly, disable and pregnant clients . Here in this Bank they told me "you look pretty and everything but here we are all equal you'll have to wait". What a lack of humanity and misused of the word equality. For sure this guy doesn't know about equiluality of circumstances, doesn't have idea of how does it feel being waiting in a long line with 6 or 10 pounds in your belly, feeling agitated and all normal symptoms of pregnancy... Apparently his mother never told him how he came to this world. Very disappointed!

I am giving 2 stars because the one teller that is working is usually super nice.
I don't get what the issue is. On Saturdays the line is always out the door and one teller is working. Why don't you staff more people?
