I wasn't happy with my experience at Rocco's Tacos. The waitstaff was rude and unfriendly. The waitress visibly rolled her eyes multiple times. I told the waitress that I had a gluten and dairy allergy. I then was served grilled salmon and a salad with a dairy based dressing. I did not eat the salad but I still got sick after eating my meal. I called the restaurant before going to ensure gluten free options and they assured me that wasn't a problem. The guacamole was the only thing this place has going for it.
Went for a late night bite and a drink. Was busier then expected at 12:30 am on a monday however liz took really good care of us. Extremely impressive considering she was the only bartender at a full bar. Amazing drink and food specials late at night. Cant wait to go back
Loved this place! Great food, some of the better Mexican food I've ever had, but its special because of the awesome vibe and the 80s music. Staff was great too. Even though a very sweet, drunk girl fell on me I would still recommend this place above all else. The staff checked me about a hundred times afterwards despite the fact that no one was hurt. Just truly wonderful people here.
For some reason this bar smelled like vomit. The service was not good at all. We walked in and there was plenty of bar seating, we found a dirty table and sat down. There were 8 of us. We were approached and told we needed to be seated by staff. There was no-one to seat us when we walked in. We walked to the front to be seated and decided just to have a drink at the bar, we did not feel welcome. We sat at the bar to see other customers with white towels under their arms. The bar was sticky and it smelled of wet wood. Almost as if it had rotted? I am pretty sure we would never go back.
Came on a Tuesday night and the place was packed...wait was 1.5 hours. Came back Friday afternoon to try again and was not disappointed! Food was amazing! Fresh guacamole wad delicious and prepared table-side. The margaritas were tasty! All of the food was delicious. The wait staff was pleasant and helpful with recommending items from the menu. The decor of the restaurant is interesting and eclectic. Had a great time and will definitely come back again!
