I've initiated a lawsuit to get my money back as the company seems unwilling to perform as promised in writing by the owner, Rob. For better or worse judges in California have seen these kinds of scams before.

Took My Money and Refuses to Perform or Refund!
We rented a “luxury”Rv from the ft. Lauderdale location for 14 days and ran into problems the entire time. It ended up being a very expensive headache for all of us. The ac wouldn’t work properly in the master bedroom so it became very uncomfortable for all of us. One of the lights just fell from its spot while driving leaving a wire just dangling with a light. Not safe at all. The tv would not work at all and when we called to get help the only person to answer the phone out of the list of numbers didn’t know how to help us with our problems. We ended up making a stop and purchasing movies so we could keep ourselves entertained at night with the kids and for them while driving. The dryer didn’t work properly as well. We were also mislead on the insurance and unfortunately didn’t read all the small print because we trusted that the best insurance covers everything. We ended up finding out the hard way, but that’s our fault. We figured for the price we payed expecting all that to work and it did not, a slight discount would’ve been greatly appreciated. Other than that and a few other little things, we managed to make the best of our time as a family.
This has been our second year to rent from Allstar , last year we had a 40 ft and this year we had a 45 ft , both RV,s were excellent , service was excellent , we availed of their drop off/ pickup service which was perfect , both Jon and Von were a pleasure to deal with , would highly recommend Allstar Coaches ,
We had a great experience with AllStar. They stayed in touch with us during the whole rental process and even worked around our schedule. The coach was clean and in new condition. Mike took the time to walk us through the entire coach to understand all of the features. This made our trip successful. We will use them again and recommend them highly.
Several times throughout 2016 I emailed Rob, as I had done previously to confirm my credit, but unfortunately Rob rarely responds. When he does respond it is to say that coaches are unavailable.
I paid $3,183.73 for a coach and reserved a date. Unfortunately my plans had to change and I reached out to the company well in advance. They were fine with the change. I confirmed in writing with Rob, the owner, that I could use the $3,1883.74 credit at any time in the future, anywhere in the United States, and the company would delivery the coach to me near my home in Los Angeles.
