I called last Tuesday 9/26 and spoke with Don about my car having issues with the intake runner control. Upon explaining what info I received from doing the diagnostic prior to calling, Don knew right off the bat what make my car was without me telling him of course. That to me was impressive in itself. He was able to get my car in by Monday 10/2 first thing in the morning to change the part. I dropped the car off, they called me periodically throughout the day to communicate everything to me before they went ahead and changed the part, and had it done the same day. I was very pleased with the service and will be returning if need be. Thanks guys!
Don is amazing, looked after my 1990 Isuzu Trooper before a LONG trip... he fixed a couple things and made me confident in its ability to make the long (13 state and 3,000 miles trip).
