My experience was great here, this was the best dentist office in fort lauderdale that I have been to. Everyone was very friendly and treated me great. There wasnt a long wait to be helped. I had a positive experience hear. I would recommend to everyone to try this place out.
If I had done the same I'm sure they would have charged me a $30 fee...
I've had a number of issues that the Dr. Horst and staff here have helped me through over the past few years. The service has always been great and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The addition of Dr. Lipovetskiy brings another level with his experience and gadgets that are up with the latest natural and traditional practices to treat all kinds of issues. He's been very patient helping me correct a bite issue I have dealt with for most of my adult life. I highly recommend the practice.
This was my first visit to Urban Dentistry and I would definitely recommend this office to anyone. All staff greeted me by name, even shook my hand (!) and everyone was professional and friendly. The office atmosphere was very nice, even cozy, and the office was modern and clean. You can tell that staff here works as a team. Dr. Horst explained everything so it made sense to me, answered my questions, and she has a sense of humor! I was very pleased with my visit and my expectations were definitely met (comparing them with what I read online prior to my visit). And the fact that someone shook my hand upon arrival and “secretly” told someone else what my name was to greet my appropriately when walking into the waiting room to turn on the TV, that was just icing on the cake!
They sent me several emails, text and even phone calls prior to the appointment to make sure I would show up...
I'm editing this review because I didn't write this...the service was horrible ...they try to rip you off because only morons are hired here...don't waste your time here ..find a good dentist

My experience today was very welcoming, everyone at the office was very supportive to make sure my visit was pleasant. Dr Horst is awesome, she makes you feel so comfortable. Liliana makes me feel like am a family. I will recommend all my colleagues to use Urban Dentistry. #Homie
I'm sitting on the chair and they tell me the dentist is coming soon... then "he's on his way"... then "any minutes"... He never showed up... they were just lying...
