I am shocked at the phone conversation. First, she determined that I needed to update my entire electrical system within 30 second. She kept cutting me off, so she did not know the entire problem. After I told her part of the problem, she then decided that I COULD NOT have an appointment until she talked to my landlord. Are you NUTS?
Once Again I got Exceptional services!!! I just want to let you know that your electrician Moe did a great job installing 3 receptacles at my residence. He was thorough, clean and very courteous. What an asset to your company. Kudos to him and your office staff who also provided great customer service. I would not hesitate recommending T-Volt Electric to my friends and acquaintances..

Wow! I run a small business and it kills me to leave a one star. It is simply not my style, but I have to speak out.
T-Volt is awesome! After a small storm our kitchen was without power due to some water damage. I had family coming to town and my landlord couldn't get someone to come out and fix our electrical issues right away so I called T-Volt and they saved the day! Although the repairs were minor they were professional, fast and inexpensive. They will forever be on my speed dial for any future issues, I wouldn't think of using another company! Thank you!!

I am very sorry. But I have a business to run and I need to know if purchasing a new dryer will reduce the amount of times the fuses blow in the house. The dryer is essential to my business. And- I need a recommendation in writing. I am sure that would have been an easy 89.00
