Well my grandmother was buried on June 15, 2014 and we paid for the funeral to cover all the cost way in advance. They rushed the service and wasn't understanding to the fact that I just lost my grandmother. When we got to the cemetery they rushed that also and only gave us a chance to say goodbye and then told us the funeral was over and we had to leave. We never in our lives heard someone tell us that we had to leave the cemetery while it was still open.Just to give you an idea we was only to the cemetery for around 15 minutes. They told us to go home and that the funeral service was officially over. A few weeks later when I went to go and visit my grandmother I realized that her "Head Stone" was no where to be found. I called Mr. Mc White and he told me that they are still working on it. It's now 8 months later and they are blaming the company that

makes the head stone which has nothing to do with me. I could see if we didn't pay for something then that would be a reason for the delays but we paid for everything in advance and we picked the lay out for the head stone in advance. They are so quick to take your money but they don't give you great service. They wasn't professional at all and never returned any of my calls. I never was rude or loud when I called and had to go to the office on several different occasions when Mr. Mc white stated that they were closed. He will take your money then brush you off and never give you the service that he told you. Where already in a new year and my grandmother still doesn't have a head stone by her grave. In fact, they buried two more people right by her and her name tag has been removed.

All of a sudden they have new grass and it I hope they didn't remove her body and relocated her. I really don't know why a funeral home would be so shady to a person. I never understood why they are not giving us good service. My grandmother served in the church and gave her life to the lord and I just find it hard to believe that anyone would not care. Also, if you call the office you will never speak to him on the phone. He will forward you to the secretary and then told us that he doesn't have my grandmother files or contract because it's been so long. He told me that he kept in the other office. So he just takes your money and put your paper work in the garbage because their deceased anyway so why does he care? After all nobody will never know. All I can say is that this has been my worst experience with dealing with this funeral company. Please don't use this service because they won't ever meet your expectations. Maybe they lack in moral character and don't have God in there hearts but I won't recommend them to anyone.
