With regard to packers arriving on time A+
The delivery driver was superb A+
When I got out of the Army a couple years ago I moved home with my daughters. Most of my stuff was in storage so there were two pick-up sites. There was a bit of a problem with the packers packing up things that weren't supposed to go so having stuff that is supposed to be packed up clearly delineated from what's not is especially helpful.
Having moved several times, this was all around an excellent experience. Driver and movers very professional and courteous. On time and worked diligently to get the job done. I can't say enough about the professionalism that was experienced. I did pack my own items so that is not something I would be able to comment on.
We are not happy with our move. I would not recommend your company.
Our household item were damaged by poor packing and loading. Antique furniture gouged, and chipped. One of the pieces of our cement 3 tiered planter was packed underneath our kiln. Thus it is in pieces. I believe that there is either a lack of training or the packers just simply didn't care.
I gave two stars because the driver that arrived at our house in Michigan did an excellent job. Otherwise, this was a terrible experience and an absolute waste of money.
