Beautiful presentation of the store,w/delicious pastries ice cream and gelatos! The young lady behind the counter,was extremely cold and not friendly in anyway.
First of all you have to pay to park, then the coffee is crazy expensive. However, you can't get "coffee". Ordered an Americana and more than half water. Asked for cream or Half and half and no, none of that. Just milk. Wanted a coffee over ice and no, no ice so no ice coffee. There's no coffee menu so you basically have to take what you can get. Feels like the restaurant of "no".
Great pastry selections, staff and generous gelato portions
I am seeing a lot of very ignorant negative reviews about this place clearly written by people with little understanding of what to excpect from the restaraunt. This place is spot on and the food is delicious. Hands down best place for a desert and coffee in Lauderdale, but don't forget to try the pizza.
My husband and I were craving macaroons so we decided to seek them out while on vacation in Ft. Lauderdale. Google led us to this place as it was the top choice. When we arrived here, we found that they were extremely overpriced but still bought a few since we had made the trip. The staff member who attended us could not answer basic questions about what each flavor was. When we finally got back to the hotel to enjoy our expensive macaroons, we we're extremely disappointed. We bit into them and they were at least 2 days old. They tasted hard and completely stale. I am not someone who writes reviews often but felt the need to warn other macaroon lovers about this place.
