Called them up and brought out 2 bikes the same day, both needing some repairs. Really nice guy there and was able to sort me out much more quickly and cheaply than I expected! He asked me where and how I was going to bike and tailored any options to what was reasonable. Will return.
Derrick, Milton and the staff at downtown bicycles are amazing. After suffering a running injury I wanted to get into biking (less impact on joints). The team took the time to custom fit me for a bike that fit and was comfortable. After doing some research I found that the deal they gave me on my bike was better than any other shop in the area, and most places didn't even have the larger frame.
