I have been going here for 5+ years. Avoid at all costs. Has gone downhill significantly in the past several months.
As I drove off, the two young cleaners both flicked me off! I called to let the manager know about this. He didn't answer. I left him a message. He never got back to me.
Recently, they broke my rear view mirror, and I won't ever be going back. I get that accidents happen, but the way they handled this was awful.
Always fast and fantastic service! Full service wash is pretty cheap at $17 incl a vacuum and the option to wash your floor mats for free. Would recommend 100%
Been here 4 times now. Always everyone has been kind and professional. There are so many hard workers on the car and they care about doing a good job. I'm a clean freak, though do not clean my car myself and my car has always come out spotless. They have such s good crew and they work really well together. Good vibe here and is my go to.
This is a great car wash. They are fat and efficient. My wait was only 15min. The $64.99 supreme package is a good deal.
First, the cleaners laughed when I pointed this out to them. Not sure why this was funny to them, but I wish them nothing but the best in life (I have a feeling they are going to have a tough time in life). I politely told the two guys that cleaned my car that I would not be tipping them, you know, because they broke my rear view mirror (this will come into play later).Then, when the manager came over, he couldn't have cared less. Did not apologize. Did not offer a refund. In fact, when I calmly asked for a refund, he said, "why would I refund you? What is wrong with the car wash?" What's wrong with the car wash? Your guys broke my rear view mirror and seem to think it is funny. And no apology? A little empathy goes a long way, especially when your team members are the ones that caused the damage.
The best car detailing experience in Fort Lauderdale! Not only was it a job well done on my BMW, but the service and staff here are the best part! Everyone from the cashier to the service men were extremely friendly and helpful. They did a very thorough job cleaning out the interior of the car, hit wax and buffering on the outside. Will definitely be coming back here for now on! Thank you.
I could go on and on with more details, but the bottom line is, don't go here. Eventually, something will go wrong, and when it does, you will be treated horribly.
