Rip off and despicable people! They profiting off those who were affected by the hurricane. Charging an extra $2 to have salt and sand removed! It clearly states $8 for a wash!

Left my seats dustfree but dirty/stained still..never looked to wipe the ceiling or the area where the cup holders go... AFTER THEY FINISHED, I tried doing it myself with one of the dirty rags they had on the table there, then the manager guy came like lightning all the way from the other side of the building and said with a frustrated, stern father's voice: "if you need something, ask and we'll do it"!!! then took the towel from my hands, put it on the table, and disappeared back to the front, and still didn't care to clean it himself not got anyone else to do it. I sure as hell wasnt going to steal that dirty rag, but felt like he caught me in the unforgivable crime of wiping my own seats....-$53 less in my credit card and -$5 tip...and a guilty conscience.
The staff here is friendly and efficient. The outside of my car was clean when I left. However, the seat shampoo was a total waste. The whole process was finished very quickly. When I left with my car, the seats were very wet. I couldn't see what the seats looked like until I got it home. There was a light brown scentless substance dried onto the rear seats when I got it a couple weeks before, and it was still there. Ten minutes with a soft cloth and a bottle of ArmorAll all purpose cleaner, and I got rid or it myself. If I can clean my car better with $5 worth of products, why did I go here and pay $45?
