This Dillard's location accepts stolen credit cards and does not ask for identification to protect their customers. It seems that making the sale is more important than actually having customers who are not thieves shopping at their location. Please be vigilant and aware of your surroundings when shopping at this location.
Dillard's is a good store. I like browsing here, they have decent sales and the merchandise is well displayed.

Next time when you offer an interview to someone, let them know what is appropriate attire for the job or at least for an interview. Wade specifically was a complete and utter pos. Making sure to not purchase anything from here again, which is a shame because I used to love Dillards.
I ordered shoes online but received the wrong size from what I had ordered so I went to this location to do an even exchange. The sales associate took the shoes I had purchased online and put them behind the register. They didn't have the same shoe but I did end up finding another one I had liked. When it was time to do the even exchanges the associate lost my shoes, let's just say I couldn't do my exchange and had to wait a whole hour until they found my shoes, I was in a hurry but management didn't care and wasn't even apologetic about the situation, I simply was told by management "what do you want me to do about it their missing"....... it was an associate who lost my shoes and that's all management can say to me and have me wait a little over an hour? No type of compensation, no apologies, I mean no one even looked concerned that my shoes were lost incredible and lack of customer service. I will never shop at Dillard's again because of the terrible experience I had in this particular store. Also I bought 2 Godaiva chocolate bars and they were disgusting, they tasted like expired stinky garbage when I took a bite. This store is a mess indeed don't shop here!
