Do not fall for this scam. Yes it is a complete and total scam. They came out for the $99 special, blew some air around for 30 min, acted like terriosts making us think we would kill our family if we didn't have them do an additional $1,000 in services with them right then. We refused them got an HONEST local company to come out the next week to do exactly what they said they needed to do but the proper way and for only $400, oh and they let us know the the duct cleaning did nothing and that this is a very typically thing they come across with Sears. Fast forward 2 weeks and we were charged $319 dollars call and they say we had our blowers cleaned as well, mean while I have the receipt right in front of me that says "services not guaranteed without blower cleaning and coil cleaning." The manager (Jose) does circles after circles telling me he can't find original copy and he can't deal with me becuase im upset and I'm rightfully upset considering we've called twice within a week and promised a call back and haven't gotten anywhere with them and couldnt even get a live person on the phone until I threatened to contact my bank and rebuke all charges. Jose finally magically finds original receipt with the correct charges and says he will email me something within 48 hours and I have to sign it and fax it back and then they will send us the refund but that may take awhile. So I'm assuming the fight still isn't over and we will be back at it again next week.... save your money do not fall for this scam and if you do have them come out get additional quoted before you agree to any additional services. Oh and when they take your credit card for payment and walk outside and close the door behind them (super sketch) follow them or demand they stay infront of you. I was notified today that unless you ask to be present for the charges thats completely normal. Never have I had any professional work done where the person then takes my card and goes away from earshot to compelete the transaction.
This store is easily accessible geographically by being a stand-alone Sears. They always have a well stocked Men's clothing area. The store improved with its atmosphere-(scented rooms;fancy hand soap in bathroom). I do miss the electronics department.
This Sears is well stocked but void of customers. If you want a pleasant, peaceful, productive shopping experience go to this Sears.

The worst experience of my life. I have the home warranty but, keep getting the run around and after 7 technician from his department still no one has taken ownership of this issue. Bottom line, I have been without a refrigerator for 2 months even though my claim was label "medical emergency". Do not buy Sears products".
