The doctor was great. But the staff was disgustingly rude and not helpful at all. Attitude was given by the front desk personnel. My records weren't found even though I was called and given an appointment because they claimed to have already received my records but when I was there for my appointment they could not find it. When I asked how was that possible if you guys called me to give me an appointment after receiving my records, one of the females at the front desk which was very rude simply said "oh. I don't know then. I don't know about that". It's sad to have a great doctor at a facility, but have such uneducated and disrespectful, unhelpful staff at the front. Very displeased with the kind of treatment I received by the front desk personnel. It's unfortunate I have a follow up appointment and have to deal with the same thing, again.
