I had an absentee ballot sent one month prior to the election, and was told there was a delay (I'm sure a lie). I had to early vote and never received my absentee ballot. So, I went in after the election and DE-ENROLLED from receiving absentee ballots. The staff is mostly knowledgeable but definitely not experts, they usually will bring in a supervisor to answer any questions you may have that isnt available on a website. They will lie to you to if they really don't know. When I de-enrolled from absentee ballotism, it was quick and painless, kudos to the supervisor for speediness.
You walk into the building, let the front attendant know you are going to the voter registration room, which is room 102. You will get a visitor pass sticker, which should be returned upon leaving the building.
There is no free parking, there usually is no wait, even during election season. So, put 20 mins on a street meter.
