The selection is pretty good, plus you can access everything that Macy's carries elsewhere. There's an entire area rug area upstairs.
If you need furniture and expect excellent customer service, deal only with Louai Salloum! He is super professional and has an excellent eye for color and design. I will only use him from now on!
Great selection of furniture, friendly staff.
The furniture here is decent with the prices fairly reasonable compared to some other places. Salespeople did not hover over you or push the sale too much which I appreciated. Administratively, it's a pain if you buy a mattress which has to be sold as a separate sale and sales person- clearly Macy's is trying to drive people to online furniture stores where this aspect is much easier.
