Awesome theater. Big, comfy electric reclining seats make it a whole different ballgame. The seats are really amazing and you can recline all the way back. No more fighting for arm rests either . All seats have a button on them that will alert a waiter to come take your order. The down side of dine in is that the theater is a tad brighter than your traditional theater. Ordering food, etc, can definitely take your attention off of the film. I had an issue one time and the staff exhibited excellent customer service in rectifying it. Seats are selected when you purchase the tickets, so buy them in advance and you are locked into that seat and can arrive when you please. I think if you are ordering food it can take away from the movie experience. The food is pretty solid. I had a burger and it was great. I had a shake once and it was icey. Probably won't get a shake again. Overall awesome movie experience. If you have never been to a dine in theater, it's worth a visit.
overall, it’s a great theatre with good service and decent food.
since i moved here, this is basically the only movie theatre i go to. i don’t go all that often, but this is a pretty decent theatre. the assigned seats and recliners are all great. i like that it pretty much makes a love seat if you put the arm rest up.
The seats don't recline the way you'd expect, it's more of a rocking chair recline, they don't stay that way if you move at all. The legs do not come out and the arm rest doesn't go back enough to do much if you were wanting to put your arm around someone. Not worth the price, plus the seats are destroyed. We saw it and while the movie quality was fine, there was an orange glare on the screen from I guess the floor lighting up from. Easy to ignore, but seemed like an overpriced experience to us. Staff was friendly though! If they are going to charge $30 for two tickets they better be paying those workers what they are worth or updating those "reclining seats" they are so proud of.
First I must say this was my go to theatre. Big comfy chairs, great sound, beautiful picture and snagging food... But over the last year the food has declined drastically along with the service. In my last 3 visits my meal, which I What's order before the movie begins was brought to me best the end of the movie.and that's only after I have to page a server. 2 of those meals included chicken wings which look nothing like the picture on the menu (they did at 1 time) and were cold. They actually brought me cold chicken twice. That's the only draw back to this theatre... The food service is not A1 as it was in previous years. The food and the service is now a low C grade. Me and my family now eat before we come.
about the food: the food, for the most part, is pretty good. i’ve had the steak and shrimp bowl and it was pretty good. the royal burger was good too, but it’s pricey for what it is. the patties they use are super thin and they’ll only prepare them medium well. you don’t get a lot of burger and fries for the price. you’re better off getting a
First time experiencing this, taking dinner and a movie to a different level. Was pretty cool. My only tip is they should take temperature orders for burgers, everyone doesn’t like well done.
