My kids and I love this museum. I've been coming here since I was in elementary school and it has only gotten better over time. Yes, there are things that don't work, as can be expected when hundreds of people come to interact with the exhibits. Every museum will be the same. What matters is that the staff are friendly and helpful, the exhibits are engaging, and children are having fun and learning at the same time.
Wonderful museum full of fun and educational activities for children, yet adults can still find enjoyment here too so they won't be bored taking their kids. Yes, it's a bit older and some pavilions show their age, but most children don't seem to notice or care. I loved coming here as a child, now that I've gone with a child I've seen it from a new angle and I enjoyed it once again. I was there with a 6 year old and we did about 95% of the museum and a 45 minute IMAX movie in the space of 4 1/2 hours, another 30 minutes and we would have done it all.
The facility is wheelchair accessible, stroller-friendly, kid-friendly. There is a Subway and Auntie Anne's on site for a lunch or snack break with most of the seating outdoors in the shade.
Good place for kids! Lot's of things to do. 3 and up. The Otters are fun to watch. They have a lot of live animals.
I’ve enjoyed 2 visits with my Grandson. Worth the money. Purchased a year pass. On our way today for another interesting day.
This museum is awesome, great for children who like to explore and like to feed their curiosity. There is also alot of cool things to keep the parents entertained. Kids will have a good time.
My children enjoy the play area and the exhibits every time we go, and we go at least 6 times a year.
