expensive and they force you to leave a 20% tip whether you're happy with the service or not I don't think that's right I think you should be able to tip if you feel like it you should not have to be forced to leave a 20% tip before you even have the service done. They didn't have the color to match my toes when I was getting a gel manicure so the girl told me that she was going to go ahead and do it and then they charge me for a gel pedicure on top of it wrong way to do service
