Pierre the office manager and Anthony, i believe was his name, did everything in their power to help me, when the movers at SML were not. They were professional, courteous and made me feel at ease that whatever was going on they would make it right, and they did.

When my mother called in March for a price she was told one price, when she arrived to rent it she was told a higher price, no problem. They quoted 2 prices, one standard rate ( which was higher than she was told when she called) and a higher rate that included insurance. She chose the higher rate that included insurance. Fast forward 6 months... hurricane Irma was coming so she called to check what is covered and what to do in case of damage. She was informed she does not have insurance. So now she has been paying for months for what she was told included insurance. She owns an insurance company and needs to store records. She switched to here because it is closer to her office. She made a manager aware of the issue and was told every lie possible. Instead of arguing and fighting for a refund she moved back to the previous storage with no issues and would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. They do not have set prices and make them up as they go which is ridiculous.
I have always used Storage Post since 2003. I trust all my belongings with them. The best personal you can find. Thumbs Up to Storage Post
