You charged me for the wrong amount, which was an overcharge. I don’t see how you can say one thing on the phone and then charge another thing without my approval.
We are getting started off the wrong way.
The Storage facility is just right for what I am looking for, I enjoyed seeing the new staff Jeff/Michael and the friendly manager Nelson, they showed interest in answering all of my questions and resolving any issues I may have had- great customer service. Facility is clean and secured they also have great access hours.
Facility was great, I was welcomed with a smile and customer service from the team at the store was great, I remember speaking to Jeff but was given a tour of the facility by the manager nelson who was able to assist me in choosing the right size. I have to say I own my own business and Nelson went “above “ and beyond to take care of all my questions. I have to say hats off to your company for having this young fellow represent your brand of great customer service and for that I am renting two large 10 x 20 spaces with your company. To anyone in need of storage this is the right place for you to store your personal or business belongings.
