I came into Joy's 4 hours before my oldest daughter's 1st formal dance (and the night before a major schools homecoming and came in kinda freaking out about not knowing what to do lol ...she calmly pulled some different things out showed me ideas, not in a book right there with her hands and real flowers, and pulled together a beautiful wrist band corsage that will match her dress beautifully. Thank you so much Joy!!!
I remember randomly doing a Google search for a florist near me because I was so bloody sick of the hunt.
Once I walked in, I realized I had no idea what grandma wanted to get my mother. Joy greeted me warmly and immediately saw that I needed guidance. I told her my price range, the occasion and that there were to be no carnations.
I went to and called 4 places. All were either closed (despite claiming to be open on their website hours), or unavailable until after noon.
My husband had a dozen white roses delivered to our home on 9/26, just four days later they were drooping and half dead. We have used Joy's for a number of years and were really disappointed.
