This florist has been in business way to long they are old and tired just like their arrangements and service. Do yourself a favor and go to Whole foods or Public they have nicer flowers at half the cost and much better service.. All this florist wanted to do was make excuses which highlights how weak they are as a business just own it instead of making excuses!!
I ordered flowers for my aunt on her birthday and they were delivered on time and the flowers were just beautiful! They even lasted a lot longer than I thought they would.

They are on the expensive side but I received good service. They have a beautiful selection and their flowers last for quite a while.
Order my valentines flowers early so they would be delivered on time. Well that was not the case. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE DISHONEST FLORIST. The florist is just down the street from delivery area and they couldn't delivery them on time... who knows if they will get them in time. Read the reviews they screw a lot of their clients. They stopped answering their phones... BEWARE !
I ordered a deluxe arrangement of pink roses for my wife on our wedding anniversary. I spent $200 on the arrangement. The flowers looked OK the first day but never opened up and became brown in 3 days. Obviously they used old flowers and charged a premium for that. I was very disappointed and wrote them an email complaining and asking for them to do something about it--Never heard back from them. I will never order flowers from then again and will tell everyone I know how bad they are. What a rip off.
