I'd like to give this store a 0 rating, they are HORRIBLE!!!! The flowers sent looked nothing like the flowers that were ordered. When my friend complained they sent another arrangement which looked worse than the first. They also promised they would include a box of chocolates for the error. Didn't happen. When I called the store, the woman had no sense of customer service or courtesy. DO NOT order flowers here you will be wasting your money.
Actually, I have not presented myself to them yet. Mother's Day 5/14/17. Rec'd. flowers yesterday. What a disgusting array of an arrangement. At 9:00 am, I will be waiting at their doorstep. After my encounter with them, I will report them to the Better Business Bureau. If you experienced the same thing, we all must report them. Let's put these scammers out-of-business.Well they will not let me post my comments unless I give them at least 1 star.
Substitution made for Christmas order to my elderly mother was not at all comparable. It was most disappointing (and quite embarrassing for me). I have twice contacted the florist via email since Christmas, requesting a refund, but have received no response. Have had no luck getting through on the phone. I will not use this florist again. One star for delivering the order on the day requested. However, I'd rather have been contacted if they were not able to send anything comparable to what was ordered.
This company is a SCAM. I ordered the Teleflora's Roses and Pearls Bouquet for Valentine's Day, and it was horrible. It looked nothing like the picture, there was one rose and 2 chrysanthemums, which weren't supposed to be in the bouquet. It was also much smaller than the picture. The card was just a receipt with some print. The vase was different, and I ordered a balloon that never came. When I tried to call the company, there was no answer. This is a horrible business, and I will NEVER purchase from them again. There are much better quality flowers for much cheaper in the area. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.
My husband sent an arrangement through FTD He ordered Sat morning it was delivered by Ft Lauderdale Florist. It was NOTHING like the picture 1/2 the size. But the worst parts are their were dying flowers broken ferns dead bud and the Vaz was filthy. I have NEVER in my 55 years Received anything like this from anywhere. I can't get a hold of the I want them to see this. I have taken pictures each day. This is day 3 and it is smelling rotten. Even though FTD is refunding my money. I wanted to speak to a manager and they (FTD) have yet to call me. This company should not be with FTD. How could someone in business let this get out of the store is beyond me. I wish I could post pictures may put it on Facebook. I wish there was a no star I guess the good thing they got it here.
