Today our sofa was delivered by Jonathan. Jonathan put a smile on my face with his enthusiastic and energetic personality. He told me he's been with the company for 18 years. He is definetly an expert at what he does. Set up was quick and again his personality was awesome. In conclusion, Baer's seems to do a great job by hiring great people. Overall an excellent experience. Also, we Love our new sectional sofa.
Excellent customer service from Baer's furniture. Ron at the showroom was a pleasure to deal with. He was extremely helpful and so patient with us. Also quite an artist as he drew the sofa and dimetions for us.
What a terrible experience at the Oakland Park store. My first experience at the store was the purchase of dining room set, after going over the price 5 times I signed the agreement and the funds were withdrawn only to get a call saying they made a mistake on price and th y forgot to add 2 chairs $1000 more.
Then I bought a Caracole stand up bar which was delivered defective. I refused the delivery.
Rich (in Fort Lauderdale) was a very kind and pleasant sales associate.
I purchased a recliner that had to be custom-made. Rich at the Ft. Lauderdale store was very helpful on the phone, and also when my friend came in to choose the fabric and finalize the order- I couldn’t go due to an injury that put me in a wheelchair. Needless to say, I was a bit apprehensive about what I would get, but it’s perfect!
I had a great experience with this company. The service was excellent and I like my couch too.
Excellent, Salesman was friendly and knowledgeable, price was good. Check out lady could have been more friendly. You spend $5,000.00 you would expect that.
