Jeremiah is the rudest person that i have ever spoken to in my life. Called me a liar and a thief. Also after his company failed to provide an order confirmation or tracking number after 72 business hours he said "i was unprofessional in the manner that i contacted Paypal." Also hes the "right hand of the owner" but doesn't have any authority. its been 5 days and i haven't gotten a tacking nor have i gotten my money back! Spent over 700$ with them and the rudest people you will ever speak to. A lesson in customer service sir don't disclose how much you make and then boaster that you are the Chief Operations Manager. just plain RUDE!

I ordered a glass set as a Christmas present on Dec. 4th 2015. It is now April 12th and as many emails as I have sent or called, I can not get any replies back. I never received confirmation or anything about tracking. But they sure took my money as soon as I hit confirm.
