I had a wonderful experience with Dominic, he was always welcoming. I believe I went to the store about five times, he always listened and made my day. I also went to rooms to go the same number of times drawing up different ways my furniture would and could look. The final day Thursday I went to Rooms to go what the salesman lead me to believe was different now. I went back to Dominic everything he promised he DELIVERED. Wonderful sales person gave me space and time to get ALL I needed ALL I wanted. Please share this with him I think he is a wonderful asset to your business. Worked with Ewan in picking out nearly a home full of furniture. He was low pressure and gave me time to narrow down options and make the best choices. The checkout process was smooth and easy. They have warranties available for stains and damages which are not expensive and worth checking out. Good part is, if the damage warranty isn't used, the money is returned after the warranty period ends. The only concern I have is once delivered, if you don't like it or the color doesn't look right, you're stuck with it. No returns are allowed anymore.
The sales person Jeff was so helpful. He understood what we wanted as far as price, style and color. He spent the whole time with us showing us our options and what we could do. He matched everything that was going in the house all down to the area rug. He continued to be with us even after the sale to follow-up after delivery. I couldn't of asked for a better experience!!! Amazing. Definitely will be going back for more furniture.
