The staff is always pleasant, friendly and eager to please. They are very knowledgeable about all insurance topics and patient and willing to explain and answer any questions. They do a thorough review of my policies and make sure I am receiving all possible discounts. I highly recommend them!!! They are A+++++++.

Allstate Insurance: Lory Bell- Moody is a poor company to receive car insurance from. The company has incredibly high prices compared to other places. After being with them for 4 months we received a quote at 1/3 of the price and better coverage. The employees at the agency also do not care for their customers or follow what they say. We cancelled our policy early and were suppose to get a VERY LARGE refund mailed to us and instead it got refunded to a different card that is no longer in service and they claim there is nothing they can do for us. I would not recommend them to anyone. I have loved Allstate and have been with them throughout my driving career, but will never return to this specific agency.
I received the best and least expensive quote from this company. The customer service experience that I encountered, was phenomenal!. I had all of my policies switched over from State Farm. I was with State Farm for many years and my insurance kept going up and up and never even heard from my agent.Mind you I have my umbrella policy, home insurance and vehicles and that didn't do any justice. I saved a ton of money and I feel like I am somewhere where everyone is very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this agency for all of your insurance needs.
