An update to my previous review...all good now... heard from the agent who apologized for the delay in getting back to me... very happy with the service now. Thinking of using them to insure my other properties and will certainly recommend to others.

I heard fabulous things about this agency. Called and spoke to this one agent that was highly recommended by a Realtor friend of mine. At first he talked a good talk but still waiting after 2 weeks for a quote! Really?

Although they recently sustained a fire, I was fortunate enough to be put in touch with Ashley Cimaglia, who went above and beyond the call of duty to provide me with a certificate of insurance that my mother required. Ashley is a fantastic representative of the John Galt Insurance Company.
Not worthy of any stars. I have had to call this company 7 times to get information changed on my policy. I'm sorry I ever went with them. If my house had a fire I would have not been insured. Theres no exscuse to be that sloppy. They pay no attention to details nor do they care to get your information right so that you are properly insured.
Very sloppy business practices. Very unprofessional. I was given a quote and then charged almost double the quote amount at time of binding. Asked the question and was told that it clerical error and in fact it would be the amount originally quoted. WRONG! I was actually never charged the originally quoted amount.
