My husband and I recently moved from Minneapolis and bought a house in Wilton Manors. We didn't know anything about home insurance requirements here (we don't have hurricanes in Minneapolis....just blizzards) and we had a LOT of questions. We wanted a company that was involved in the community and had their feet on the ground here. Most of the time, you deal with a 1-800 number and a customer service agent who doesn't know you and probably doesn't care. But, the second we walked in the door, we were greeted by Mildred (the sweetest dog ever) and we knew this was THE place. Not only was the staff extremely friendly and welcoming, they were so patient with all of our questions. I feel like they listened to our needs and made a recommendation that really took them into account. Three months after we moved in, a woman lost control of her car and crashed through our front fence (the scene looked like something you would see on the news). We had Thomas' office number and called him immediately. Of course, we were upset but he held our hand throughout the entire ordeal. He was heaven sent and our fence was replaced with no hassle. I'd bet you breakfast that we wouldn't have received that kind of treatment through a 1-800 number. So, if you want great service and comprehensive coverage at the most competitive prices, I wouldn't look anywhere but Pallant for your insurance needs in South Florida. Five starts aren't strong enough for this business.
