Unless you want to shoot up heroin in the bathroom with the junkies, and use broken machines that are dirtier than your clothes, then this is the place for you! today was the last time I visit this place. Almost all the big machines are broken, and the dryers never work. The mice poop and bugs crawling everywhere make you want to run out screaming. I have no idea how this place is still open. its cheap and takes quarters. But I feel when I leave I'm dirtier just by sitting in there. Smh close this down!!!!
Customer beware. This place is not only run down and dirty, but their is some shady stuff going on here too. I brought in a duvet cover to get it cleaned over 2 months ago, and it was either misplaced or possibly even taken and used for the two months that it was missing before it was finally found. The duvet cover turned out to be in worse condition than when it was when I originally brought it in to be cleaned. The owner didn't even comp me for their mistake. I ended up paying full price for a major mess up by the store. Not only were the people who worked there not sympathetic one bit, but they made out like it was never brought in to them in the first place, since I didn't have my ticket number with me. I was finally able to track down the ticket number and then all of a sudden the duvet cover mysteriously appears. The owner is John O'Brien and he owns several other dry cleaning stores in Fort Lauderdale- Gateway Laundry and Cleaners and Southport Coin Laundry, and probably some others as well. There is a good reason why none of these dry cleaning locations are BBB accredited. You may want to think twice before sending out any quality or valuable belongings for dry cleaning at any of these locations.
Great staff, diverse clientele, fair prices. It's definitely not classy, but you can do your laundry and read a book in the air conditioning.
The girls that run this place are AMAZZZZZING!!! They will always remember your name and are friendly and eager to help. The place is spotless and quiet. The girls will wash n fold for you. There is a very nice dry cleaning service provided. I really have to say the employees there make it extra special...thank you ladies!
Nearest place with a dryer since mine broke down. Lucky for me I didn't have too use their washers cause they are incredibly FILTHY! Yes that had too been said in all caps. Utterly disgusting. I will never return. I saw some of the reviews and i thought how bad could it be... well its the worst! Trust me.
