This is a very dated coin laundry. Had to really pay attention and check how to use the dryer and also check if it was clean inside. It looked just nasty. If I had option I would go somewhere else, once is pretty much the same price everywhere you go.
Clean and well maintained. It's a good area, and for drop off service, it's awesome
Contacted manager with questions about the laundries liability policy and I was told there is no written policy . I know its a lie... No management on premises just an employe operating the drycleaning section , the only thing she could do is to call the so called manager .
Very dissapointed not only because of the lost comforter but more about how people doing business .
Used the large size washer and dryer for a new white comforter (new meaning a few weeks old, first wash..not a cheap one either) Ended up with yellow and black grease spots all over on it from the dryer.
Opens at 7am closes at 11pm. Neighbor hood is a little rough but manageable, brand new top loaders.
Most of the machines (esecially dryers) are broken and not marked as broken, so you find out while you are waiting. The whole time i was there, i didnt see a single employee to return the money i lost in the broken machines (about $3). Lots of time wasted and several sketchy people just lurking (there before i started, there after i ended and no interaction with any machines). I eould highly recommend going somewhere else.
