The machines work well and the place is clean. The attendant is always helpful.
Brought my clothes and blanket there to be washed, they told me everything had to be dry cleaned and if I want it just washed to go someplace else. I said I would be responsible for the ripped blanked and the person just walked away not saying anything. All this after waiting 10 minutes to have anyone even acknowledged I was there at the counter.
They clearly state they close at 11. All I needed was to dry my daughter's bed spread a min of 20 min and she wouldnt let me..
Pretty much the worst customer service ever. I wish the owner actually work there maybe they would be more friendly, the lady behind the counter is rude. Found a better family owned place call A&A laundry they only charge $1 for fold and wash.
You have to see people the remodeled place, new and big machines, very nice people, clean place, with AC
