I used to park here when I was working at E. Broward Blvd. At the weekends there are plentiful space but I won't park here unless you're OK with walking all the way to the beach. This location is ideal if you just want to stroll along Las Olas and/or Riverwalk to hangout, catch a water taxi or board one of those cruise boats. The parking space looks very safe too.
