I was so impressed with the people and place where we parked. I will always park here when in the area. The parking was nice and safe. The staff was friendly and helpful. I left my keys on the shuttle and they made sure they were returned before I boarded the boat
As another reviewer said, upon arrival I was a bit skeptical. Nobody was there, we had to call to check in and had to wait for the bus driver, and the place wasn't necessarily well lit and looked like a mechanic. BUT everything went well, the price is great for the airport, we were on time and the driver was really really nice. Also, the pickup was fairly quick and my car was there with the a/c on and ready to go. That's certainly a big plus. I will use it again for longer trips because it's really worth the price and the staff is very nice. Road construction is affecting the way you get there, but it's not their fault. You just have to go down one more block on Griffin and then come back.
The directions to site were clear. The rep at counter was professional and treated me important. The driver was helpful and friendly and transported me wthin a decent amount of time to not have to rush or run thru airport. I was running behind but they attended to me in a timely manner. Good location. Was comfortable with leaving my car there: felt safe. My pickup at airport was within a reasonable time after calling. I would use this company again.
The service is outstanding. I am a disabled vet and it takes me some time to do some fundamental feats. P by PAP allows for this need without hampering other passengers (they don't have to wait of provide special permission for me). I used them once before and plan on using them again in Dec 2017 for another cruise. I wish they were in other ports so I could continually use their service when I sail
Checking in was easy. EVERYONE was friendly. The area is safe and clean. Didn't wait log to be dropped off/pricked up. Will use again if I'm ever in that area!
