Worst service ever. Number on receipt is a cell phone that get attended to by multiple people.
The guy at the parking was very nice, help me right away. I wait like 5 mints for the Shutter. Honestly I did not like the way the driver drive us. His appearance and attitude was like if he was driving him self around. Bit beside that bad part. I was on time for my flight. And coming back the other driver was very nice and talkative, something that I enjoy. Courteous and drive very smooth. Took me less than 5 minutes to be back and I was able to be at work on time.
When we arrived the driver had to bring all the cars himself while others waited at the airport (they didn't fit in the shuttle)
The place is just plain parking lot. Some tarps I guess if the person don't want there vehicle under rain and sun. It's fine.
I do not remember our drivers name but are truly grateful of him. Coming back from our trip my boyfriends corvette had a flat tire due to a small leak since the car was there for a week it caused a flat tire. This guy was super busy that day dropping off clients and picking up. As we waited for a tow truck which would of been 90 mins. He called his partner who lived near by and had a air pump for our tire. We are so grateful for your service! He did not need to help since he was already so busy! that's what i call great customer service!! You rock! I would say that they need more then 2 people working at a time. We waited over an hr to get picked up due to a lack of employees working. So its not that there terrible its that they have very limited staff working. Shame on the owner who would rather over work their employees instead of hiring more help!
Just don't come here. Really.
This "service" is one of the very worst support facilities I have ever suffered. Upon arrival the Saturday before Thanksgiving, we encountered utter chaos, the outfit having overbooked so that one of the two already inadequate shuttles was buried deep among the cars the staff hadn't managed to park in an orderly fashion. When we returned a week later, it took at least an hour and a quarter for us to get picked up, despite promises that the shuttle would arrive "in any minute".
Driver drove by at the airport in the left lane at high speed, I called for him to pick me up, was told he is turning around. An hour and 20 minutes still waiting for pick at airport. This company is worthless. Pay few bucks more and use a reputable company. Very bad experience.
The staff upon arrival were at least pleasant and courteous, but upon our departure date there was an entirely different crew, some of whom were surly and disrespectful. DO NOT USE THIS TERRIBLE BUSINESS AND ENCOURAGE SUCH BEHAVIOR!
When we finally got to our car, the place was flooded! About 4 to 6 inches of water. At the end I told him to leave me there and meet me at the entrance where it wasn't flooded so my wife could get in the car. I had to take my shoe off and roll my pants to do all this operation. Unbelievable!
Long version:
Short version: crappy administration, car was in a secondary flooded lot where I got wet to get to my car. Just don't come here!
Someone didn't show up and the driver had to do the transfer to and from the airport, check in and check out of vehicles and answering the phone. That just can't happen in a serious business.

We where lucky with the waiting time at the airport (less than 15 min) but our surprise came later. The shuttle was full, there was one couple that had to sit on top of the other.
Now, our luck ran out, our car was in another lot! We had to wait for him to check in someone that had just arrived, and took us where our car was (later we knew that it should have been moved)
Coming back from our trip, there was only one worker. He did his best, but for the amount of work he had to do, it just wasn't enough.
