Seated promptly and server was adequate.
The cuban burrito was really good but get ready to wait for ever. Took 10 minutes to get a waiter and we were a party of two. They brought my coffe over and forgot my creamer. I had to ask! The place is nice but the service is so slow. If you are on a rush just pick up something already made at a kiosks.
Grilled cheese was one slice cheese on two fat slices of bread covered in margarine. Inedible
Tomato bisque was watered down, tasteless.
Amazing and fresh food! A little pricey but so is everything else in the airport. Healthy, tasty, I bet Bobby Flay is making my food it’s that good!
Service was slow, but the server was nice. The burger I ordered was obviously a prefrozen patty, it looked and tasted like a McDonald's burger. My wife got the grilled cheese and tomato soup. The grilled cheese was burnt on one side and not grilled at all on the other. Food Network, this was embarrassing. You represent quality food and the idea of cooking good food. This was terrible, and from what I see in the reviews, the norm.
I sure some employees read this it helps motivate them towards better service. No tip left at all..crappy service.
Here is the skinny...the people who work here don’t care about the customer. They appear to be people that can’t get a job anywhere else. If they moved any slower they would be going in reverse. But, where else are you going to eat at the airport?
How they get to use the Food Network Name is a mystery to me; no resl chefs back in the kitchen.
