Food was AMAZING! Staff was friendly...
But little to no efficiency or sense of urgency in the kitchen, which is crucial in an airport location. We waited over 30 minutes for a Cuban sandwich and Pork bowl - not acceptable when boarding times and locations can change with little to no notice.
Whoever you listen to that gives you advise pretend that is who is delivering this message. I wish I had listened to the reviews but I was really hungry. I couldn't eat my sandwich because it was so bad and disgusting. I watched as they made it and they should be shut down by health code for care and storage of meat. I had a very long and difficult flight thanks to them. The service was horrible but you expect that in an airport, that has nothing to do with bad review. The food was horrible. Stay clear.
Decent prices and surprisingly authentic (pseudo authentic) Cuban food! Got a Cuban espresso (super sweet, per definition of a Cuban espresso) and Frita burger (nice unusual sauce on it). Woman handing out orders was exceptional! Aware of everyone’s orders and pushing the kitchen for those that were overdue!
Great food. Unfurtunately the service is very slow. It takes too long every time to get anything. Difficult for an airport.
The staff is terrible. Young guy with lip piercings dancing in the kitchen having a good ol time while customers wait for him to cook the awful food. The girl working the register has no manners. The whole staff is lazy and have no urgency whatsoever. They should all be fired.
