Very friendly place. Small and cozy.
Cant understand campgrounds if you are not canadian or french you dont belong all these rv parks jack prices and when they leave in march the prices go way down this is america god help us just spoke to the owner at this rv park and she hung up on me she wanted a 1,100 check by tommorrow that is rude they are lucky they got 1 star thats all had to vent ty
I stayed at the park for 8 months from September through April and it was a good experience. 6 of my coworkers (we work construction) have or still stay in the park and they have no complaints. All 5 of my previous neighbors never had any issues or complaints. As long as you pay your rent on time and follow a few basic rules you wont have any problems. IMO I thought the owner, Angie, is very friendly and easy going. I had one issue with the electrical hook up (faulty ground at the outlet) which she had fixed right away. I always felt safe and secure while staying at the park. The park is well maintained and clean. Your rent will vary depending on your length of stay, # of occupants, and the # of vehicles. Yes the low flying aircraft are loud but you get used to them while you are outside. I never had a problem with the noise while I was inside my trailer. I had more space here then at other parks that I had stayed at in Fort Lauderdale.
I stayed for the first time from Jan thru March. Park is clean and well kept. The owner Angela was very nice. Sites are large and access was good. Close proximity to airport and beaches. Planes do fly overhead from about 8am to 10pm, but I got used to it after a short time. I would definitely stay here again.
I'm giving this park a 5 star to bring up the reviews as what is here is completely unfair. The airplanes are not bad at all it is literally 3 seconds that you here the sound and it's not that many. It's not bad at all! If your looking for amenities and activities, pool, shuffle board all those things your not going to chose this park anyway it's not that kind of park. If your looking for convenience to city life, shopping, beaches, restaurants then this is your place. If your looking for a nice clean spacious site, this is your place. The owner Angie is very kind and easy to work with, so if your easy going you shouldn't have any problems. Just follow the very few simple rules. Access to the highways, malls, beaches, the fabulous flea market, everything is so convenient. Traffic is heavy here but that's just FtLauderdale at least your close to things. The marina is lovely, other tenants are quiet, no one bothers you here. You can get hard wired internet and cable or use a dish, so for us it's everything we needed. Don't count this park out because of the airplanes, it's actually really cool to me to see the planes so close overhead and the noise in no problem. By the time we go to bed about 9 to watch tv they are done and I haven't heard any after 10.
