We just stayed there. And the staff was excellent and Ginger could not have been nicer. Helpfull neighbors when you need them. Site was exceptable and a nice boating enviroment. Did not use the pool but it looked fine. Would stay there again.
The long blonde haired woman (she said her name is Ginger, but I'm not really sure) is VERY rude! Although she was in the office she refused to unlock the door at 8:20 AM to allow us to check out and give us our gate card deposit back. She waited until 8:30 on the dot. She saw and heard that I was there waiting. In fact, a grounds keeper told her I was there, and she flat out refused. Why not offer a drop box for after hours so your paying customers do not have to be inconvenienced?! Customer service is absent when SHE is at the desk. Perhaps they feel that because of the location politeness, curtesy, and professionalism can be optional. *The star rating is for the location.
Staff is rude unwilling to help. Road needs work for what you pay its not a great stay. Sites are tight and stuck together. All docks are old and broken down. Overall this place needs alot of work.
Rude staff comments are correct. If coming late beware there is no after hour check in even if you have a reservation and no lights on the property or at site. Our site was over grown but other sites looked very nice but I assume that is for long term residents that maintain their own sites. No activities and not sure if the pool is open, was told different things by different staff members. When exiting take it really slow!!! Lots of potholes that will rock your RV or camper. We were rushed at check in and over charged and no refunds so don't pay in advance for the week until you know for sure you want to stay.
Nice RV park, gated, swimming pool, public restrooms, free WiFi by pool.
