Worst experience ever. I had found a rental property in August and had done my deposit on the home all I had left to do was be approved by the front office. I filled out the applications ($25 fee each) and then submitted them. After a week or so, I received a phone call saying that we were not accepted and our applications were never even processed. When asked why they wouldn’t give me a straight answer..They told me that it would take 2 weeks to initiate a refund. I’ve waited about 2 and a half months and still haven’t received my refund.. I’ve called them and they’ve assured me that the refund will be processed any day now. This is a ridiculous amount of time to have to endure when we were told it would only take 2 weeks.. very displeased with this place.
Rarely ever is there hot water in the shower. It seems they only care about their French/Canadian community. I have asked "Nicole" at the office if there is hotwater and she disregarded me/ blew me off when i asked if she can call the maintenance man to ensure the hotwater heater is turned on (took a super cold shower that day). I have been harassed, targeted and discriminated here for what seems to be because i am American. I can only say the manager seems nice but still unsure if they truly care.
This place sucks. The gated community is a joke. Anyone can just follow any vehicle through the gate. I've been here two months, and when I went to renew, they told me I had to leave because my camper wasn't normal. No notice at all. I was paying for another month as it was due the next day.
I wish this would let me post pictures. My camper is nicer than most of them out here. This is the total slum pit.
The people there are very friendly in the park is very quiet and clean
As far as RV parks go super clean. Security and gated. Good working people inside. Well kept grounds. Pool and other amenities well kept.
