My only comment is that upon returning car there must have been ten employees just hanging out in return area looking at their cell phones. Instead of having two return lanes open where employees would actually being doing something they had everyone go into one line. And, they were sure to ask "how was my service." No one helps you take the luggage out of the car. They scan your code, hand you a receipt, and want to know how was their service.
This was my first time using Enterprise in a long time and I’m very impressed. The service was friendly, professional and very prompt! Jessica was a great start and a very friendly face after a long flight!
The car we received was nice and clean. Frank was very nice and accomodating.
My only suggestion is that it might be helpful to be advised of the location of the gas tank cover release switch. (In my vehicle it was in a very odd spot and required a google search. lol)
I’ll definitely be using Enterprise again.
This airport Enterprise Rent-A-Car site could use an upgrade in customer service at their counters. For instance, Sam was assisting at the time of I was trying to pick up my rent a car and failed to tell me the full price for purchasing gas from them. So he ran into a problem with my card. Instead, of letting me know he was about to go to eat. He just left and the lady behind the counter was trying to assist me and another customer because their pick up kiosk were not working. I just think less personal conversations need to be cut out in order to provide customers with s high quality experience. But, I must say Nellie at the Check out counter was Fabulous and courteous. She pulled it all together for me. She will get a A+ from me.
Have been here several times, and each time have been greeted with friendly personnel, and the rental process is flawless. A quick walk over the bridge from baggage claim, the directions are clearly marked to the counter. Very little time spent at the counter, and after a short walk outside to the garage, the representative takes you to your car immediately. The drop-off process is just as smooth, and the price is always as expected, no hidden charges. Love this location!!!
I rent from this location quite frequently and always have a great experience. The counter is always fast with getting the proper information input. The garage reps are always courteous and willing to dig a bit to find you the perfect car. Would recommend this location to anyone traveling to south Florida.
My only criticism is the return procedure.
