The rate is per calendar day not per 24hrs. I told them my original plan was to be gone 30 hours. They quoted me for 2 days. I was told I could pay when I returned. If you use your credit card they charge you a $5 up charge. Total BS!! I took a earlier flight returning 18 ours later. They forced me to pay for 2 days. "its calendar days not per hour." When I called upon departing the terminal I was told to watch for the van. I stood there for 15 minutes and watched the driver drive past. I called and they told me he was circling back around. Yeah after they went back to the lot!. So another 20 minutes went by. My point is with the missed pickup they shouldn't have fought with me over the calendar day and only charged me one day. I promise you I wont use them or recommend them.
We left and returned late and they were right there! They also were great about mailing me something I had left in their van. Professional, reliable, went out of their way!
We were thrilled to find Goldcoast parking to park our car during a cruise we were taking. It was half the price compared to parking at the cruise port and they shuttled us right to the cruise terminal. Smilie was a pleasure to work with. it as nice to start our vacation off with a friendly conversation. He was warm and welcoming and he is a great representation of of the company.
I had a great experience with this Family owned company out of Fort Lauderdale Fla. I got picked up from the cruise ship terminal , brought to the rental lot, picked up a car, drove to the everglades and they took me back to the airport for an extremely reasonable rate, cheaper than anyone else in town, and they are polite, friendly, and very easy to work with. I set it up prior to flying in to Fla. for my cruise and it couldn't have been easier. I will definitely use them again.
