Con: If you DON'T have your business together, they will try to work with you, but rules are rules and they are set for a reason. So have your reservations, credit card, drivers license, etc.. together BEFORE you arrive! It will make a better experience for you and those in line behind You!

STAY AWAY. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. What a mistake trying them. I've been a loyal Enterprise client for years. It's true, you get what you pay for. The car was less expensive but what a joke. I rent cars with my company at least 3 times a month. This is hands down the WORST rental car experience I have EVER had. The car was FILTHY. I brought it to the "manager" Alberto's attention. He could care less. Didn't even make an excuse or get out of his seat. He gave me another car which was just as dirty. Again, didn't even walk out to make sure it was ok. Then I had confirmed prepay for gas, and it wasn't noted - so they robbed me for a surcharge. If you read any review - trust in this one. STAY AWAY. They had one chance for a first impression and failed miserably.
Never had a better rental experience in my life. Was travelling with 3 kids under 2.5 years old, so needless to say we had a lot of stuff with us in our car. When we went to drop the car off they offered, and then insisted, that they drive us in our rental directly to the terminal so we didn't have to lug 8 bags on the shuttle and to the ticket counter. Amazing customer service, great selection of cars at a great prices, will always look at Sixt first when renting a car.
Everyone along the way - customer service via the phone, customer service at the rental location, the staff who took my car at the end, and the shuttle driver to the airport - were fantastic. They were knowledgable, helpful, kind, positive, and overall just a joy the converse with. The paperwork was simple but included everything I needed to know. Check in was easy, check out was quick. There were no surprise charges. Overall very satisfied.
We were highly impressed by the well equipped facilities and the friendly, helpful staff there. Special recognition for Jordan, who was a true gentleman in his dealings with us. He was knowledgeable, friendly, genuinely hilarious and very accommodating of our needs. Highly recommend the service.
