I love this place . I came to the door and they were closing , the owner Bob opened the door and I wasn't well dressed or anything . He was just super polite and accommodating . Needless to say I spent about $4,000 and got some of the most beautiful jewelry I own now .
I was having a hard time getting the original metal band back onto my watch. After wrestling with it for about 30 minutes, I gave up and took it down to Carroll's. They were very friendly when I dropped it off, and Emily was incredibly warm and friendly when I picked it up a few days later. Even better, they didn't charge me anything - instead, they requested a donation to a children's cancer charity they support, which I was more than happy to give them. Great service!
Emily, Susan, and Jack are the best. Don’t think that because the jewelers are on Las Olas, it’s going to be above the market rate in cost. It’s not true! They are the best at providing great prices and even better at providing knock your socks off customer service. I purchased a custom designed necklace and ring set for my wife that she fell in love with. Then we ran into a problem. The ring was a little too big and fell off her finger. Big Sad Eyes. I found it lying in our closet the next day and we went back to Carrols Jewelers to see about resizing it. They resized it but it still didn’t quite fit right. Emily looked at it and said NO it wasn’t right still and called the designer and is having a new ring made in my wife’s size exactly. She also made temporary size band so my wife could wear the original purchased ring to a special occasion we have planned next week. WOW WHAT? It’s been a long long time since I have found people like this. They have a customer for life.
