I was a bit of a pain in the butt with some of my needs, but they were patient and always friendly and polite. The store has a cozy charm to it and there are no sales reps. You will always get personalized service from Josephine and Bob. They helped me find the perfect rings for my partner and me. I'm very glad I found them!
